This sparkly, stunning raspberry-red lehenga by celebrated bridal wear designer, Mani Kohli (who has designed costumes for many movies and has dressed the likes of Meera Syal and Nina Wadia) caught my eye immediately on Khubsoorat Collection's Instagram page and I knew I had to have it for my Irish-Indian fusion vineyard wedding to my Indian husband! I'm a size 10 and the blouse is a neat fit - but the lehenga skirt is adjustable so would fit a range of waist sizes. On my wedding day I wore a plain dupatta but there is a matching dupatta for this lehenga (watch the video to see it) and it is truly gorgeous. The whole outfit is hand embroidered with amazing attention to detail. In some of the photos it looks very red but there is a raspberry-pink tinge to it, and the dupatta is more pink than red. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and would love this beautiful dress to have its moment in the spotlight again.
